1. BASIC CONCEPTS

In the light of these General Terms, the Buyer is a natural or legal person who orders or pays the service of delivery of the product through Seller, Internet shop Imeg shop, https://www.imeg.hr/ (hereinafter referred to as “the page”) , the companies below (“SELLER”).

If the information on the legal entity is entered in the data on the Buyer, then the Purchaser is considered as a legal person, and the natural person whose data is entered is considered to be an authorized person of the Buyer.

Purchasers are considered as the person who orders and pays the product, and the Recipient is considered to be the person to whom the product is delivered, and is different from the Buyer.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND BUSINESS ABILITY

Acceptance of the General Terms The Purchaser declares that all the information he has given about himself is true and complete, that he is capable of business, and that there are no known obstacles to ordering and purchasing the product through the site.
In accordance with privacy and data privacy statements, the seller collects only basic information that is necessary for fulfilling obligations.

3. ORDERING AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

Products are ordered by choosing, using the menu and filling in the electronic form.

The buyer can order and purchase the product as a registered or unregistered user.

Payment of ordered products can be done in the following ways:
• I will return,
• debit card
• e-banking (Sepa),
• general payment.

At the moment when the order is received, the company will inform the Buyer electronically in the form of an email that the order has been received or that the product has been ordered.

In the case of payment by e-banking and general payment, the contract is deemed to have been concluded at the moment when the company receives a confirmation that the amount of the order has been paid.

4. BUYING IN INTERNET TRADE

For each product, details are printed – product name, short description and price.

Prices displayed on the pages next to each product are valid for all forms of payment.

The price of the postage is not included in the price of the product.

5. DELIVERY

Products can be ordered for delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia or for international delivery, according to the conditions that apply to each delivery area. Delivery on the territory of the Republic of Croatia is done through the delivery service of the Croatian Post, or by appointment.

Packing of the product is included in the delivery price.

The price of the product does not include delivery, unless otherwise indicated (note – delivery is free).

6. COPYRIGHT

The seller is the copyright holder of the contents and formats of this website.

The entire content from the website must not be used without the permission of the company or given to third parties.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

By accepting these Terms of Sale, the Buyer agrees to their terms and accepts that they constitute an integral part of the contract.
